Terms & Conditions for Arian Play

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing the Arian Play website or using any of its services — including sports betting, live casino, and slot games — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and Arian Play. They apply to all use of the platform regardless of the device or network you use to access it — whether on a desktop browser, mobile phone, or tablet.

2. Eligibility

Accounts found to belong to underage players will be immediately suspended and any balances will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

3. Account Registration and Verification

Each player may only hold one account with Arian Play. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, or using different personal details — is prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances across those accounts may be forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. An OTP (one-time password) will be sent to your mobile number to verify your identity at the point of sign-up.

Before your first deposit or withdrawal, Arian Play will ask you to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This involves submitting a clear photo of a valid government-issued Philippine ID. Failure to complete KYC will restrict your ability to transact on the platform. This process is a one-time requirement and protects both your account and the integrity of the platform.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• Do not share your account credentials with anyone.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.
• Arian Play will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals at Arian Play are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The platform does not accept deposits in other currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to your balance at any stage.

Accepted payment methods for deposits are:

• GCash (Philippine e-wallet)
• Maya (Philippine e-wallet)
• Philippine online banking via InstaPay or PESONet
• Local bank transfer

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for gaming deposits or withdrawals on the Arian Play platform.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. Arian Play reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or unusually large amounts. This is a standard fraud-prevention measure.

5. Betting, Gaming Rules, and Game Integrity

All games and betting markets offered on Arian Play operate under established rules that are available within the platform. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the applicable rules for that game or market.

• Bets are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or altered after placement.

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. They cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash directly, or passed to another account.

• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment processors, internet service providers, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from a player's failure to maintain their credential security.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of the Arian Play platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
